I have been living in Alaska's subarctic for over thirty years. My life experience
and the rapid changes that I have witnessed in a short period of time have prompted my studies in Polar Law. I am committed to making contributions to the decision making process that will determine how the Circumpolar North will safeguard the intrinsic value bestowed to its inhabitants.
